Homeowners either have scheduled water delivered by a local provider or refill the cistern themselves from water filling stations in town. PROS – for cisterns are you have controlled, clean city water vs a well that may need additional treatment and are very expensive in our area. CONS – there is more limitation on irrigation outside the home.

No, you can definitely bring your own, an idea you’ve seen somewhere, or even something you can pencil out on paper. In some cases people will like 2 or 3 things out of different plans and we can customize them and incorporate them to meet each individual's needs.

A. Contractor carried packages in this case a signed contract agreed upon plan and a pre-approval letter from a lender is all that is required for us to carry the construction loan. Just prior to being completed we let you know to have your lender start the process for the take out loan.
B. If you are carrying your own construction loan we will work with your bank along with keeping you informed on progressive draws during the construction phase and again just prior to completion we let your lender know to start the process for the take out loan.
Yes, “Allowance items” are where you have choices. Items not listed as allowances or otherwise spelled out in the contract will be purchased at the discretion of Hagen construction LLC with regard to brand, quality, etc.
